Hi, I’m Akad Guepa.

The face behind Guepa’s Kitchen. I grew up in Lebanon, with the love of watching and helping my mum cook traditional Middle Eastern food. We moved to Australia in 2002 where I soon after commenced my career as a Chef. I have worked for some of Melbourne’s finest dining establishments including Rockpool, Spice Temple, Rosetta and Il Bacaro, catering companies and my absolute passion; Private Cheffing!

I love to create Modern Italian, French, Japanese and Middle Eastern cuisines. I believe the secret ingredient to an amazing dining experience is fresh, farm-to-table ingredients, cooked to perfection by a smiley, bubbly Chef who is always up for a chat and a laugh!
